When you place this Bialetti induction plate adapter on your induction plate, it will heat up.

In order to heat your gas Bialetti percolator or mocha pot, you need to use the same method as any non-induction pan suitable for heating.

The heat is transferred to the aluminium Moka Express or pan.

This way you can also continue to use the non-induction suitable aluminium Moka Express on an induction hob.
