Made from mature Yabukita leaves, Autumn Moon has a light and smooth taste. The moon-like yellow liquid is accompanied by a warm cedar aroma. It has a noticeable astringency (bitter from tannin) and a nutty, floral flavor reminiscent of violet and lilac. Harvested in early autumn, Autumn Moon Sencha is unusual, even in Japan.
