A white tea with velvety-soft leaves, also known for its delicate flavor and aroma. This special batch is made by adding freshly picked jasmine blossoms to the tea leaves. The process begins with picking the blossoms in the early morning, when they release their fragrance at their best. The next morning, the blossoms are strained out again, but not discarded; they are reintroduced to the batch, allowing the flavor to further develop.

This process is repeated several times, resulting in a deeper and richer flavor. This process can take up to 4-5 days. During this time, the jasmine flower goes through various stages of blooming, giving the quantity a complexity that is difficult to match. The art of making jasmine pearls requires patience and craftsmanship and is a tradition passed down for centuries.

A good way to fully develop the flavor is to brew it at a temperature of around 75-80 degrees Celsius. This ensures that the delicate flavors are released without burning the brew. When brewing, it's also important to keep an eye on the time; 2 to 3 minutes is usually enough for a perfect cup. Adding a little honey or lemon can also enhance the flavor.

The combination of jasmine blossom and white jasmine not only creates a delicious flavor but also offers several health benefits. White jasmine is known for its high antioxidant content, which can contribute to better health and a stronger immune system. Jasmine blossom also has calming properties, making it an ideal choice for moments of relaxation after a long day.
