Brazil is the world's largest coffee-producing country, producing both Arabica and Robusta. Robusta coffee is primarily for domestic consumption. The quality of Arabica coffee ranges from budget-friendly to specialty coffee . Naturally, we are only interested in specialty coffee . Brazilian coffee beans have a soft, full body with sweet notes of chocolate and hazelnut.

In Ethiopia, the land where coffee originated, we offer Sidamo. Grown in the high mountains of southern Ethiopia by farmers from the Sidama Farmers Cooperative Union, which has been producing high-quality coffee on shade-grown farms for years. Our Sidamo has a clear body and a fruity aroma with notes of peach and apricot, as well as chocolate. The coffee has a refreshing finish, particularly noticeable when filter brewed. With other brewing methods, the sweet, slightly floral flavors will be more prominent.

This combination is a real winner. By combining these two countries, we've brought together the best flavors from both of these top countries.

Together, this blend is highly recommended with a fresh summery aftertaste of floral and chocolate notes.
