Produced in small quantities in an organic mill, the process is very labor-intensive. The olives are harvested entirely by hand.

Various flavors available:
Pure olive oil, first pressing, for hot and cold preparations
Olive oil in combination with lemon or orange for cold preparations.
The organically grown lemons or oranges are carefully picked at the perfect ripeness.
The olives and the fresh lemon or orange are ground simultaneously. The paste of the fruit
The olives are gently mixed for about 30 minutes at a temperature below 27 C to 35C.
This preserves the organoleptic (all the senses are involved) characteristics of Ladi Biosas olive oil.
The aroma and flavour that emerges from the olive mill is intense and essential after each production.
The paste is then pressed for a long time using a low-pressure machine
period to extract the Agrumato Orange olive oil.
The result is a very rare, precious, delicate, clear, fresh, intensely fruity aroma of lemon or orange olive oil with an acidity of 0.2%, which places it in the category of the Extrissimo of olive oil.
